works:

House Elite was created out of the necessity to form a holistic approach of training - we call it The Program. 


Its PROVEN HOLISTIC FORMULA, is composed of Skill Development, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Recovery and Mindset. 

The Program is split into four, 10-week sessions, each with a different developmental focus.

  • During our most rigorous session, athletes learn and implement new skills and concentrate on improving their weaknesses. The Off-season is when players make their greatest strides in development.

  • Pre-season Prep is dedicated to preparing players for their school or club winter season. We pinpoint game-like actions and situations that will translate within their team setting.

  • The Tune Up is designed to maintain players’ skill level while in-season. While it is less rigorous than other sessions, it is highly important because it ensures players continue to grow individually within a team setting.

  • Aimed at reviewing athletes’ performances during the formal season, The Gear Up is when we evaluate the improvements players need as they head into The Off-season.

OUR SERVICES

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Our SKILL DEVELOPMENT classes give young athletes the opportunity to develop and advance basic fundamentals in setting limited to 10 athletes.

Each 75-minute class includes on-the-court training and detailed shot analytics, making us the only commercial gym to utilize this technology.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our STRENGTH & CONDITIONING classes are designed to help athletes absorb contact, be explosive, change directions on a dime and withstand the effects of fatigue.

We want athletes to be strong, fit and injury-free.

Each 45-minute class is led by certified STRENGTH & CONDITIONING specialist.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION

NUTRITION can make or break your athletic potential. Combine your hard work in the gym with the proper fuel - foods and hydration - to boost your performance.

Your nutrition consultation includes 2, 45-minute in-person or video conference meetings.

RECOVERY ROOM ACCESS

RECOVERY is more than sleeping and taking a day off. It is a crucial aspect in an athlete’s overall performance and well-being.

Our RECOVERY Room is outfitted with the latest tools and therapies to maximize your body’s ability to repair and to help you relax, recover
and come back even stronger.

MINDSET WORKSHOPS

Your MINDSET may be the difference between a win or a loss or being a starter or a benchwarmer.
