  • Yes! Our trainers have experience working with many current and former college and professional athletes. You never know who you may see on the court or in the weight room.

  • • A basketball labeled with his/her name (Skill Dev only)

    • A water bottle labeled with his/her name

    • Basketball/athletic shoes

    • A positive attitude

  • Each time your athlete arrives for a class, he/she must check in using the iPad near the entrance. If necessary, we will assist athletes with the check-in process, but it is very easy. There are lockers for your athlete’s personal items.

  • If you are serious about getting results, we strongly encourage you to commit to 2 Skill Development classes per week - each session is 10 weeks long, so that’s 20 classes total.

    At least 1 Strength & Conditioning class is recommended per week, a total of 10 classes per session.

  • Skill Development classes are 75-minutes each. Strength & Conditioning classes are 45-minutes each. An athlete can sign up for Skill Development and Strength & Conditioning classes back-to-back.

  • Our classes are grouped by grade: 4th - 8th and 9th -12th.

    Sign up for your athlete’s current grade (2021-2022 school year).

    Athletes do not advance a grade until the Pre-season Prep session in Fall.

  • Yes, however, most of our training is done in small groups and this has proven to be most effective. Athletes tend to feed off each other in a competitive setting and will push themselves to excel and perform at their best. Our small ratio lends itself to maintaining a quality program for all.

  • Yes. Using our training to complement your team’s practices is a great way for your whole team to make big strides.

  • Yes, we intend to offer personal training for everyday athletes later this year.

  • To sign up for House Elite classes, you need to complete two steps:

    Step 1 - Create Member Accounts for yourself (the guardian) and your child (the athlete)

    Step 2 - Reserve classes

  • Yes, as long as there are at least 4 weeks remaining in the session, and there are still class spots open, we are happy to prorate your athlete’s membership.

    Please email us to get a pro-rated membership set up.

  • There are a few ways to make up a missed class:

    1. Reschedule
    If your athlete needs to attend a different class, simply cancel his original class reservation and make a new one within the same week. The easiest way to reschedule a class within the same week is through the ZenPlanner app.

    2. Pre-approval
    If your athlete will be absent for more than 1 week, please email us to coordinate a make-up plan.

    3. Week 11: Make-up/Bonus (Summer only)
    The Off-season: Summer session runs for 10 weeks + 1 week that reserved for make-ups. If your athlete is not absent during Summer’s regular 10-week session, class during Week 11 is a free bonus.

    Missed classes do not rollover into future sessions. They must be made-up before the session ends.

  • If your athlete will miss more than 1 or 2 classes due to injury or illness, please email us directly to discuss modifying his membership.

  • We do not offer refunds. If your athlete opts out of a session for any reason after payment has been made, we will offer you a credit that can be applied toward a future session or House Elite activity/event.

  • A session’s total fee is divided into 4 equal payments:

    • Payment #1: Due at Sign Up

    • Payment #2: Due 1st day of the session (ie: Jun 6, 2022 for The Off-season)

    • Payment #3: Due 1 month from start of the session (ie: Jul 6, 2022)

    • Payment #4: Due 2 months from start of the session (ie: Aug 6, 2022)

    Payments #2, #3 and #4 will be automatically processed using the method you provided for Payment #1.

  • Due to low transmission levels in our community, we are not implementing any specific COVID-19 precautions at this time.

    If it becomes necessary to add precautions, we will follow the guidance of federal, state and local health officials and the CDC. We notify our members via email of any policy changes.
